All startup support contributions are accepted exclusively in crypto. This ensures fast, transparent, and globally accessible transactions with minimal friction for our international supporter base.
Every contribution is recorded and associated with the supporter's email and wallet address for future reward distribution.
Contributors reserve the unconditional right to cancel their support at any time, without prior notice and without any obligations whatsoever.
There are no lock-in periods, no minimum commitment durations, and no penalties for withdrawal. We believe in earning your trust through results, not contractual constraints.
Upon cancellation, the full donated amount will be refunded to the original contributing wallet address within 14 business days.
The only non-refundable portion is the blockchain network transaction fee incurred during the initial transfer, which is deducted by the network and not retained by Analog Defense Systems.
All early supporters and contributors are guaranteed a mandatory future rewardas the project develops and reaches defined milestones.
Reward eligibility is permanently recorded at the time of contribution. This is our irrevocable commitment to those who believed in us first.
Legal Framework
1.1. This document defines the basic terms and principles of making a voluntary contribution between the Contributor and the startup "ADefS" or "Analog Defense Systems".
1.2. The main purpose of the contribution is to finance the creation of the company, the stage of research, development, and creation of the startup's technological solutions until the release of a commercial product or official registration of the company.
1.3. The execution of a financial transaction confirms the Contributor's full agreement with all provisions of this document. The provided funds have the status of voluntary financial support for the development of the project, and not a direct payment for a finished good or service.
1.4. The startup accepts this contribution as a manifestation of trust in the project, obligating itself to use the funds exclusively for their intended purpose and guaranteeing adherence to the mechanisms of future repayment or unhindered return of the contribution upon request.
2.1. The startup guarantees the mandatory repayment of this contribution in the future. This repayment will be an official form of gratitude for the trust and support at the early stage of the startup's development and will be executed after the transition to the commercial realization of the product or earlier.
2.2. The Contributor has the right to request a refund of their voluntary contribution at any time. The startup guarantees the possibility of a refund in the amount of one hundred percent of the initial contribution amount. Any transaction costs, money transfer fees, or network fees are not covered by the startup and are not subject to refund.
2.3. The actual transfer of funds confirms the Contributor's agreement with these terms.
3.1. The Contributor has the right to initiate a refund of their voluntary contribution at any time. To do this, it is necessary to send an official request to the email support@adefs.org . The request must indicate the details of the original transaction, including the date, amount, and details of the wallet or account. The startup undertakes to review the application and initiate the refund process within fourteen working days from the moment of its receipt.
3.2. The refund is made exclusively in the same form and asset as the initial contribution. To ensure financial security, the transfer is executed strictly to the same crypto wallet address or details from which the funds were received.
3.3. The refund amount is one hundred percent of the initial contribution. Any payment system commissions or blockchain network fees for the return transaction are not covered by the startup and are automatically deducted from the final transfer amount.
4.1. The Contributor understands that the project is in the stage of active research and development (R&D). Given the technological complexity of creating innovative hardware, the startup does not guarantee exact timeframes for the completion of works and the release of the final product.
4.2. The team is not liable for technical delays caused by the need for additional testing of prototypes, improvement of specifications, or the process of iterative development.
4.3. The startup is exempt from liability for delays or the inability to fully implement the project as a result of force majeure circumstances. Such force majeure circumstances include hostilities, critical interruptions in the supply chains of electronic components, changes in legislative regulation, and other events beyond the developers' control.
4.4. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the maximum financial liability of the startup to the Contributor is limited exclusively to the latter's right to a refund of their initial contribution in the amount of one hundred percent in accordance with the terms of this document.
5.1. Making a voluntary contribution does not grant the Contributor any licenses, as well as direct or indirect rights to the intellectual property of the Analog Defense Systems startup.
5.2. All property and non-property rights to the created technologies, hardware and software, algorithms, engineering drawings, technical documentation, prototypes, and other results of activity belong exclusively to the project's development team.
5.3. The provision of financial support is not grounds for claims to joint ownership of patents, trade secrets, or copyrights for any current or future developments of the company.
5.4. Any technical, commercial, or strategic information that the Contributor may receive from the team in the process of interaction or reporting has the status of confidential. The Contributor undertakes to keep this information secret and not to transfer it to third parties.
6.1. The startup undertakes to comprehensively respect and protect the Contributor's privacy, guaranteeing the maximum security of all received information.
6.2. Any personal, contact, or financial data, including transaction history, contribution amounts, and crypto wallet addresses, are kept in strict secrecy.
6.3. The team guarantees the complete non-disclosure of the Contributor's data. This information is not subject to transfer, publication, or sale to any third parties or outside organizations.
6.4. The received information is used exclusively for the internal accounting of the startup, maintaining communication, organizing the mechanisms of future repayment, and processing refund requests.
